Had some nice sessions at Sandbridge last weekend. Beach break, not bar break. More defined and longer rides than I'm used to.

Waves have been perfectly beautifully longboardable the last two mornings.

Brandon was paddling into his own waves last night. Pretty cool to see him figure it all out finally. No more pushes from dad.

Maybe we can at least log waist high stuff while he rips up the overhead surf.

haha..I hear ya, I'd take 170 right now. Weighed in @ 178lbs. the other day.....I need some light beer for a while.

NSB Inlet delivered the goods yesterday morning. pretty much flat everywhere but 1-almost 3 ft. peaks coming in down there. I was on it early with a couple of friends and we caught a bunch of waves. after an hour or so it started getting the zoo effect but most everybody in the water had a good attitude so it wasn't so bad. surfed for a little more than 2 hours and it was really fun for summer in FL.

2010 has been the year Donovan fell in love with waves. There's nothing better than watching the product of your love with your best friend feel the stoke that initially brought you together! oh the warm fuzzies.

What John Gaughan lacks is an understanding of things called WIND, and that big waves don't always mean good waves.
Big waves but with 20+mph onshore winds if that front comes across as the models are showing.
Looking like Victory at sea to me, time will tell though.

It would be kind of guilding the lilly being that the pier is one of the better surf spots in north florida.

Nice rumor though.
