Black Tie & Baggies Gala 2009

It's time to get the committee together for BT&B 2009! The event was AWESOME last year and we're looking forward to planning another great event!

If you are interested in being on the committee, we are looking for some new blood to give a fresh perspective and some new ideas.

We are also looking for one or more people to fill some big shoes in the area of 'getting goodies' and promoting the event! The 'goodies' are items and gift certificates that are donated by local and national businesses to Surfrider for the raffle at the Gala.

Nice! Just one more reason to try to win something this year at the BT&B. I got shut out last year in the prizes category, who was it that won like 5 different times? I was envious. I will still go to Cabos every other day though since I am addicted to the Jumbo Slices of awesomeness but if I won a freebie that would be great.

Need to find the perfect tie for this years event. I had a sweet tie with manatees on it last year but I seem to have misplaced it.

Yes Wilson you should come, I am going to try and convince WTB and Pureglass from SSMB to come up as well. You might also end up winning something cool in the raffle too which is always a plus.

I just checked the dates...I'll be in Aguadilla Puerto Rico the night of the Black Tie and Baggies Gala....Maybe next year!!

I remember the online auction last year....I got outbid on all three items I bid on....story of my life!!

I'll be keeping up with the events surrounding this years gala !!

BT&B is almost here and I am almost 100% sure the wife and I will be there. Trying to recruit some other friends to go have fun and support the cause.
